Labrador della Via del Mare
About us

One family, many Labradors, a hill above the sea

It started with a single Labrador who changed our lives. Today Labrador della Via del Mare is a small family kennel in Lenola, in the Ausoni mountains of central Italy: our dogs live in the house with us, between long walks in the fields and lazy afternoons in the garden. On clear days you can see the sea from up here — which is exactly how we came to be "della Via del Mare".

We don't breed for numbers. Every litter is planned, waited for and followed day by day. We select for health, temperament and breed type, because a Labrador should above all be a sound, level-headed companion for life.

How we do it

How our puppies grow up

1

Born in the house

Puppies are born in our own whelping room and spend their first weeks right beside us, watched over day and night together with their mother.

2

Early stimulation

From the first days we work on early neurological stimulation and new experiences: household sounds, surfaces, smells, people. Small steps that build confident dogs.

3

Real socialisation

Before they leave, our puppies meet children, other balanced dogs, grass under their feet and the noise of the world. They arrive curious and trusting.

Our values

What we believe in

  • Transparency. Health results published openly, visitors welcome, and no question left unanswered.

  • Welfare. Our dogs live as part of the family, not in kennels. A settled mother raises settled puppies.

  • Responsibility. A puppy isn't simply sold, it's entrusted. And we stay your point of reference for life.
