Live far from Lenola? That is no obstacle. We bring our Labradors to families across Italy and, on request, abroad — always with safe transport, complete paperwork and the puppy's wellbeing first.
The right way for every distance
Hand delivery
Whenever we can, we bring the puppy to you ourselves or meet you halfway. It is the way we prefer: we get to say goodbye properly and give you our last pieces of advice.
Specialist transport
For longer distances we use licensed animal transporters with climate-controlled vehicles, rest stops and all the required authorisations.
Collection at the kennel
You are very welcome in Lenola: come and collect your puppy, meet both parents and see where they grew up. Rome and Naples airports are each about two hours away.
Export, on request
We arrange export in line with EU pet travel rules, with complete documentation. We work through it together, case by case.

Travel and paperwork
How old must a puppy be to travel abroad?
Older than for a move within Italy. Under EU pet travel rules a puppy must be microchipped, then vaccinated against rabies no earlier than 12 weeks of age, and must then wait 21 days before entering another EU country — so realistically around 15 weeks old at the earliest. We confirm the exact timing for your destination before anything is booked.
What paperwork comes with the puppy?
ENCI/FCI pedigree, registered microchip, vaccination and worming records and a health record booklet. For travel outside Italy we also arrange the EU pet passport issued by an authorised vet, together with the rabies vaccination and the veterinary health check required before departure.
Which countries do you export to?
We regularly deliver throughout Italy, islands included, and arrange export to other countries on request. Requirements vary by destination — some countries add their own conditions, such as tapeworm treatment — so we always check the current rules for your specific country together before committing to a date.
How much does delivery cost?
It depends on the destination and the method. We always tell you in advance, with no surprises. For many destinations hand delivery or collection at the kennel works out best for both cost and the puppy’s wellbeing.
Is travelling safe for the puppy?
It is our first concern. We never send puppies that are too young: they travel only once they have the required age and vaccinations, in suitable transport and with journey times planned around their welfare.
